International Children’s Aid Network (iCAN): Marc co-founded iCAN with Dr. Eunice Menja with the mission of helping children’s homes and orphanages with the best possible care for vulnerable children, using evidence-based approaches to help them learn in school, grow in their homes, and ultimately, lead meaningful lives. iCAN provides assessment systems, libraries for children, strategies to enhance executive functioning, and processes to ensure trauma-informed care.

Shamiri Institute: workshops for teachers on social-emotional learning, executive functioning, childhood adversity, trauma, and resilience; implementation of evidence-based tools for assessing childhood adversity and social-emotional learning.

Trauma-Informed Schools Kenya: workshops for teachers, clinical psychologists, and social workers focused on childhood adversity, trauma and strategies for classroom management, enhancing executive functioning, and data collection.

SHOFCO: workshops and trainings on gender-based violence, data systems for assessing incidents of adversity, management, and growth
